Any lessons of value in this course are due to the gifts of my teachers and their teachers. Any fault, mistake or offense is mine alone.
May the light of their teachings shine through here, in spite of my own limitations, may I have the right words and attitude that in sharing these teachings they may have a beneficial impact in others.
What students say about training with Samantha:
"Samantha Westerwelle is an incredible Teacher, Leader, Advisor and Consultant when it comes to all things body, mind and spirit.
I attended a Hatha Yoga Continuing Education Retreat in January 2025- and it was my first experience as a student of Samantha's.
She has a level of knowledge and experience that truly blew my mind over the weekend. I've been incorporating regular yoga classes for over 12+ years now- and I've never felt so aware of each specific position and how it impacts my body. Samantha has a very conscious and inclusive way of being.
If you have the opportunity to learn from her- RUN, don't walk, to her classes and sessions!"
Margaret (Mo) “Attending Samantha’s yoga continuing education retreat was such a meaningful and transformative experience for me. Samantha has an incredible gift for teaching in a way that is thoughtful, intentional, and deeply impactful. You can tell she truly thinks of everything, from the flow of the training to the small details that make everyone feel supported, seen, and comfortable.
What sets Samantha apart is the warmth and empathy she brings into every space she creates. She is wonderfully inclusive and welcoming, making each class and training feel inviting no matter where you are in your yoga journey. I left her retreat feeling empowered, inspired, and genuinely excited to continue growing my practice.
I continue taking her weekly classes because I absolutely love the way she teaches and the energy she brings. Anyone considering training with Samantha is incredibly lucky, she creates an experience that not only deepens your practice, but also leaves you feeling confident, connected, and uplifted.”
Sarah “I first met Samantha while taking her classes, where her unique teaching style and incorporation of breathwork, mantra, and postures took my understanding of the practice to a completely new level.
Attending her Hatha Continuing Education Retreat planted the seed for me to pursue yoga teacher training myself, and allowed me to deepen my practice and understanding of the self in ways I never imagined.
All in all, being her student changed my life, and continues to leave an ongoing imprint. She is a profound inspiration, and thanks to her, I now possess the tools to both deepen my personal practice and hopefully do the same for others.”
